    Friday & Saturday - 08.00 - 23.30

  • Saturdays - min 5 hours

    • 09.00 - 14.00 / 15.30 +

  • Sundays - min 3 hours

    • 10.00 - 13.00 / 14.00 - 17.00 / 18.00 - 21.00

  • Hall set up and clearing away to be included in the event hours

  • The venue will be locked at closing time 22.30 or 23.30, so ensure that the hall has been vacated and left in same condition as it was when you arrived

Further information

Children’s Parties
Inside the venue up to 8ft (H) bouncy castle and soft play areas only allowed due to low hanging lights.

Catering
Foyer available to lay our cold and warm food, at this moment in time we cannot allow any cooking on-site, inside venue or outside venue including catering vans.

Sound System
The onsite sound system is suitable for plugging in your own laptop/tablet/phone to play music. It is not suitable for stage performances including musicians. If this is a requirement a technical specialist will be required which we can provide if available.

Customer suppliers
All customer suppliers are required to hold the necessary insurance and required to complete their own risk assessment form on arrival and present to Amrita Hall if requested.

Decorations
Decorations are not allowed to be fixed onto the walls, door frames and outside sign.

Availability
We do not accept the following events: Teenage parties, 18th and 21st parties, wakes.
